The gravity-type valveless filter is a water treatment device that utilizes the gravitational force of water for natural filtration. This device consists of an inlet system, water filtration system, water distribution system, and a siphon-type automatic flushing system. It achieves automatic reverse flushing control through the principle of siphon action. The filter layer uses materials such as quartz sand and anthracite, and can be configured as single layer, double layer, or triple layer. The flushing intensity can be adjusted through regulators and forced flushing devices. The new process optimizes the filter plate spacing (2.5 millimeters) and filter layer height (from 6 meters to 2.9 meters), improving filtration efficiency and energy efficiency. The main body of the equipment is made of carbon steel or steel with anti-corrosion structure. During installation, only the inlet and outlet water pipes need to be connected, and no external power is required for operation. Some models support customized sizes and processing capacities, suitable for different scale scenarios.
