GSL/ZSL series of medium- and high-speed filters can ensure the high quality of the effluent water in the case of more suspended matters in the raw water, and have the advantages of high filtration speed, maximum treated water and small floor space. Its operation is divided into manual operation and single (or multiple) programcontrolled automatic operation of two kinds, selected by the adopting unit.GSL series of highspeed filters are not only suitable for filtration and treatment of raw water with more suspended solids, but also can be used in the circulating water supply system to improve the water quality, increase the recycling rate of water, and conserve water, and are the necessary equipment in the current industrial water treatment facilities.

Characteristics

This kind of filter is usually configured with anthracite and natural sea sand as the filter material, with lower filtration speed and better treatment effect. The structure is slightly different from that of ordinary media filters; it is mainly composed of the following parts: supporting pipelines and valves. The filter unit

includes:

Cylinder: mainly composed of upper head + straight section + lower head.
Water distributor: mostly adopts the drilled pipe type, and partly increases the wedge-shaped net to prevent backwashing and material running, so that the water to be filtered can be evenly distributed in the packing layer even in the case of high flow rate, and the impact on the filter media layer can be avoided to cause unevenness affecting the filtration effect.
Water collector: It is composed of porous plate and filter cap.
Exhaust valve: It is used for the exhaust effect of the initial stage of the water inlet of the equipment.
Manhole: there are two manholes at the top and bottom of the filter, which are convenient for installing and replacing the watercloth and filter cap, and the upper hand hole can be used for observing and adding the filter material and the lower hand hole can be used for emptying and maintenance. In addition, there is a manhole at the bottom of the straight section, which can be used for the replacement and emptying of the filter material.
Piping: The center pipe is used for water inlet and outlet pipe and backwash inlet and outlet pipe are set at the bottom of the body and arranged side by side.
