Description

The closed flocculating precipitator in the iron and steel industry is composed of a dosing device, a pipeline static mixer, a mixing and a high-efficiency purifier. Compared with the traditional process, this system has the characteristics of simple process flow, large processing capacity and good treatment effect; The turbidity ring water integration equipment integrates multi-functional units such as dosing mixing, cyclone separation, multistage coagulation, precipitation and clarification, etc., so it has the characteristics of compact structure and small footprint. The system is only equipped with filler and no filter media, so there is no need to treat solid waste, which is energysaving and environmentally friendly.

Performance

The PAC and PAM chemicals are mixed by cyclone in the hydraulic mixing device in the water inlet pipe of the system, and then most of the suspended matter and oil in the water will be removed by the mixing tank and high-efficiency purifier.
Adopting negative pressure injection technology to recycle the activated sludge with residual chemicals to improve the utilization rate of chemicals and reduce the dosage of chemicals, saving 30% chemicals compared with the traditional process.
The equipment is highly integrated and automated, omitting some of the ancillary structures and facilities, the equipment covers an area of 1/4 of the traditional process equipment.
High decontamination efficiency, good water quality, suspended solids removal rate of more than 95%, oil removal rate of more than 85%, turbid ring water suspended solids can be reduced to 20mg / L or less, the oil content is reduced to 5mg / L or less.
The high-efficiency purifier is equipped with 3 sludge discharge pipes. The system can be controlled on-site by PLC or centrally by DSC; the mud can be discharged at the same time or individually. Generally, it is discharged once in 4-8 hours, each time for 2~3 minutes.
