Description

Compared with other particle filter materials, the fiber ball filter material has the characteristics of small density, good flexibility, compressibility and large porosity, and its large specific surface area and porosity adsorb and intercept suspended particles in the water, give full play to the deep sewage interception capacity of the filter material, and solve the problem that the filtration accuracy of the granular filter material is limited by the particle size of the filter material.

Modified fiber balls that have emerged in recent years are hydrophilic and oleophobic. As a result, backwashing is easier and the water consumption rate is low; It is wear-resistant and chemically stable, so it has a long service life, energy saving and environmental protection.

The fiber ball filter has the advantages of wide application range, high operating flow rate, strong dirt interception ability, easy backwashing, low filtration resistance and good effluent quality. In specific applications, it is an alternative to granular filter media filtration equipment such as quartz sand.

Working Principle

The fiber ball filter uses a new type of bundle soft packing fiber ball as the filter element of the filter. A motor reducer is provided at the top of the filter tank to drive the agitation device in the filter layer.

Technical Advantages

  • High filtration precision: the removal rate of suspended solids in water can be close to 100%, and it has obvious effect on removing impurities such as bacteria, virus, macromolecule organic matter, colloid, iron and so on.
  • Fast filtration speed: generally 30m/h, can up to 60m/h, more than 3 times of the traditional filters.
  • Large dirt intercepting capacity: generally 5~15kg/m3, more than 2 times of the traditional filters.
  • Small footprint: for the same amount of water, the footprint is less than 1/3 of the traditional filters.
  • Low cost per ton of water: much lower than traditional filters.
  • Low self-consumption: only 1~3% of the periodic water production, and raw water can be used for backwashing.
  • Long life of filter media: modified filter media is hydrophilic and oleophobic, which can be easily and thoroughly cleaned after contamination and quickly restore filtering performance.

Application

 Circulating water bypass filtration, domestic water depth treatment, boiler feed water treatment, reverse osmosis prefiltration, sewage reuse filtration;

  • Coarse, medium and fine filtration of oilfield oil-containing wastewater reinjection and external treatment of oilfield and refinery wastewater;
  • Recycling filtration treatment of circulating water and domestic water and its wastewater for various industries such as iron and steel, thermoelectric power, shipbuilding, papermaking, medicine, chemical industry, textile, food, beverage, tap water, swimming pool and so on;
