Description

Water from the primary iron scale pit or cyclone tank turbid circulating water lift pump first enters an independent dedicated pre-coagulation tank. The coagulated effluent then flows into the cyclone sedimentation chamber of the YTCY-type pressure-bearing integrated turbid circulating water purification device. Through cyclone sedimentation, some solid particle impurities with larger particle sizes are removed. After that, the water enters the flocculation reaction chamber, and together with the flocculant, it enters the hydraulic circulation clarification chamber through the nozzle at the top of the reaction chamber for reaction. Part of the flocculent is recirculated to the reaction zone of the hydraulic circulation clarification chamber by using the negative pressure (Venturi principle) in the throat at the bottom of the clarification chamber. The clarified water is sent to the inclined tube sedimentation zone through the water distribution pipe. After sedimentation, the effluent, as the product water of the YTCY-type turbid circulating water purification device, enters the next treatment facility of the turbid circulating water treatment system.

Description

There are two types of chemicals to be dosed, which are added separately. The first type is an electrolyte chemical, added to the first mixing chamber; the second type is a specially formulated polymer oil flocculant, added to the second mixing chamber. The first chemical is dosed first, followed by the second. Both chemicals are non-toxic and harmless. After chemical dosing, the sewage passes through the first eddy current reaction chamber and the second mixing chamber, then enters the inclined tube sedimentation. Under the coagulation and flocculation effects of the chemicals, oils (cream oil and emulsified oil) and suspended solids in the water form large particle flocs, which settle in the lower sludge discharge hopper. The upper clear water is discharged through the overflow weir and outlet pipe.

 

The lower sludge can be discharged regularly. Each fully automatic integrated high-efficiency turbid circulating water purification equipment is equipped with 3 sludge discharge pipes, and the system is equipped with a PLC control system. Under PLC control, sludge can be discharged simultaneously or individually. Generally, sludge is discharged once every 8 hours, with each discharge lasting 2-3 minutes. The discharged sludge can be sent to the slag pit. The sludge and iron oxide scale are grabbed together by the sludge grab bucket and then transported out together with the coarse-grained iron scale.
